    Batch and serial inventory tracking records every movement against the unit's batch or serial number, so one scan receives, locates and counts it everywhere at once. On-hand is derived from movements rather than typed in, and the handheld scanners keep working offline.

  • Pick and pack

    Pick, pack and ship

    Pick, pack and ship assigns batches to totes and totes to orders, and records a timestamp and a name at every hand-off from the shelf to the truck. Anything on hold, recalled, expired or awaiting a lab result is stopped at the pick.

    Cycle counting compares what is on the shelf with what the system expects and turns each difference into a proposed adjustment with a reason code. Nothing changes until a supervisor approves it, and the trail records who counted, who approved and why.

    Shipping documents and labels are built from the picked lines, so the paperwork matches the load. Carrier, driver and vehicle fill in from the dispatch, the document number lands on the order and the invoice, and a rejected line drafts its credit memo.

Technical detail

How it is engineered

Written for the person who has to integrate it, audit it or sign off on it.

  • The regulatory label, or the company's own batch or serial number where no regulatory system is involved, is the primary key of every movement. On-hand is derived from movements and is never typed in.
  • Handheld capture runs on rugged Android devices with a camera or a Bluetooth scanner, and an offline queue syncs on reconnect under explicit conflict rules.
  • Reservation is row-locked at allocation, so two pickers can never commit the same unit to two orders.
  • Totes nest batches and bind to orders. Every hand-off writes a custody timestamp with the person, and dispatch adds the carrier, driver and vehicle.
  • Count sessions write adjustment proposals with reason codes. Nothing reaches on-hand until an approver accepts the proposal, and the approval is part of the audit trail.
  • Hold, recall, expiry and lab-status gates are evaluated at allocation and again at pick. Transfer documents are built from the picked lines, and a rejected line drafts its credit memo.
