Multi-location operators
Chains and franchises running many locations on a mix of point-of-sale, back-office and reporting tools.
- “Every store keeps its own numbers, and they do not agree.”
- “We find out a store had a bad month after the month is over.”
- “Prices drift between stores, and nobody sees it until the margin is gone.”
The platform reads what is already there
Point-of-sale systems, equipment readings and back-office tools already publish their day in standard exports. We read those every night and map them onto one record per location. Nothing at the counter changes, and no equipment is replaced.
The location that is slipping comes first
Every location's day arrives ranked by sales, margin, cash, labor and variance, so the store that needs attention sits at the top of the next day's screen instead of at the bottom of a month-end report.
Cash, prices and shrink, every day
Daily close reconciles each register, safe drop and deposit by shift and person. A central price book is checked against every site for drift, with the cost of each drift shown. Purchases, sales and counts are reconciled weekly, so shrink is caught while it is small.
Crews and checks
Hourly crews clock in from a phone, schedules follow the traffic, certifications are flagged before they lapse, and routine safety checks are logged with a time and a name.
The objection
We are not replacing the point of sale in every store.
There is no need to. The platform reads what the registers and equipment already export, and the equipment stays exactly where it is.
Where to start
- Multi-location dashboardReporting and analyticsThe multi-location dashboard shows every location's day in one place: sales, margin, cash and labor, ranked so the site that is slipping sits at the top. It reads what the point-of-sale and back-office systems already publish, and nothing is replaced.
- Shrink and variance monitoringReporting and analyticsShrink and variance monitoring reconciles purchases, sales and counts every week instead of once a year. Short deliveries, mispriced items and missing stock are reported with the paperwork behind each number, while the loss is still small.
- Scheduling, time and certificationsPeople and programsScheduling, time and certifications let crews clock in from a phone, build schedules against the hours the business is actually busy, and flag certifications before they lapse. Missing punches are raised and fixed before payroll runs.
- Plain-language reportingReporting and analyticsPlain-language reporting answers questions about the business from live data, with every business term defined once and used the same way in every answer. Which customers are past due, what shipped last week and where inventory is short are answered without a report request.
Questions this answers
- Which store is slipping this week, and why?
- Where did cash come up short yesterday?
- Which shelf prices differ from the price book right now?

We start with a few locations, including the hardest one, and read their data before anything is written back. Nothing changes at the counter until the numbers are proven.
