How it is engineered

Written for the person who has to integrate it, audit it or sign off on it.

  • A star-schema reporting layer over orders, invoices, payments, stock movements, tax and ledger entries, which the client's existing BI tool reads directly. Measures and report definitions are rebuilt before any ledger cutover.
  • Per-site connectors map a mixed set of point-of-sale systems, equipment readings and back-office exports onto one canonical schema, with a replayable raw store and provenance on every row.
  • Plain-language reporting translates a question into a query over a curated semantic layer, with hard read-only access and the query shown beside the answer.
  • Monitoring agents subscribe to events and raise exceptions to a named person. Nothing reaches a customer without a person approving it.
